Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director of Disability Services, the Testing and Intake Administrator supports the Disability Services team in the facilitation of academic accommodations for students with disabilities.
Essential FunctionsÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
- Assists the Director, Associate Director, and Assistant Director with facilitation of academic accommodations at the Rose Hill campus for students with disabilities.
- Communicates with new and incoming students to schedule intake appointments.
- Arranges test proctoring with professors for students to use accommodations in ODS.
- Conducts intake meetings, reviews documentation, and assigns accommodations that comply with ADA regulations.
- Manages accommodation communications with faculty
- Updates and maintains Office of Disability Services website.
- Provides general administrative support as needed to provide accommodations to students.

Guides work of other employees who perform essentially the same work and/or student workers. Organizes, sets priorities, schedules and reviews work, but is generally not responsible for final decisions in hiring, performance management or compensation.

- Proctors and scribes for exams when necessary.
- Occasionally represents office at student events.

Required Qualifications: Education and ExperienceÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in student disability services or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications: Knowledge and SkillsÂÂÂÂÂ
- Knowledgeable in the research and best practices in college disability services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google office suites
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize projects.
- Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education.
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education or related field
Minimum Starting Salary: $54,972
Maximum Starting Salary: $57,972
Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
