Job Description
The University of Tennessee's Career Gateway is looking to fill the temporary assignment of Administrative Support Assistant with the Law Enforcement Innovation Center. Through temporary assignment placements, Career Gateway allows the opportunity to work with various departments while gaining valuable work experience. Each assignment has differing pay rates, work schedules, and lengths of assignments. The length of assignments is subject to change. Please note that Career Gateway temporary positions do not have benefits, annual leave, or sick leave accrual.

Length of Assignment: Approximately 1 month in Oak Ridge, TN

Work Schedule: Part-Time 3 days a week, usually Wednesday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Rate of Pay: $16.00/hour

Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and/or clerical support services to the department. This position provides assistance to the internal operations of LEIC by performing transactions in Dash, Microsoft Office, and assisting in Business Office operations. This position performs a variety of well-defined, repetitive clerical duties following policies and procedures set up by the department and under direct supervision. This position performs other duties as may be assigned.
