Job Summary:
The Peer Mentored Care Collaborative, which is part of the University of Colorado School of Medicine, manages and operates ECHO Colorado. ECHO (Extension for Health Outcomes) is dedicated to increasing everyone's capacity to manage complex health issues by using technology to bring professionals from all disciplines in healthcare together to share knowledge, experiences, and viewpoints. The remote working position of the ECHO Project Coordinator will be responsible for technical support and general administrative management of multiple concurrent in-progress ECHO series. This position will drive the full life cycle of organization and implementation of clinical and health-related content development, project logistics, and providing customer service and support to all those engaged in current ECHO projects through teleconferencing and project management software. Primary job functions include providing advanced user support, building relationships with ECHO series participants who work in healthcare and/or public health settings, providing technical assistance, driving project development timelines, documenting project progress in project management software, and providing live support in current ECHO sessions. The ECHO Project Coordinator will be part of a fast-paced workplace and diverse multidisciplinary team, requiring effective communication skills and a desire to learn continually. Additional responsibilities will include providing administrative and organizational assistance to development teams and partners associated with the larger ECHO initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management (60%)
- Provides beginning-to-end project coordination of multiple concurrent ECHO series.
- Proactively builds relationships with colleagues, interdisciplinary health professionals, and ECHO series participants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to ensure project timelines are met.
- Facilitates the collaborative development process of clinical and health-related learning programs with established partners.
- Ensures pre-session activities are completed and prepared in advance to ensure a quality ECHO session.
- Provides post-session follow-up, including debriefing with the facilitator, collection of new resources from experts, additions to the learning management system, and personal follow-up communication with specific users.
- Documents activities and reports on high-level progress of projects being supported using project management software and other tools.
- Maintains applicable records including user lists, user accounts and security, and equipment inventory in ECHO Colorado database and shared drive, as appropriate.
- Collects user input for continuous quality management and improvement.
- Ensures timely and effective access to resources for all participants before and after sessions.

- Proactively participates in process improvement initiatives.
- Proactively communicates support needs to the supervisor.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Assists within scope of work.
Technical Assistance (40%)
- Coordinates the logistics for distance delivery technologies.
- Provides in-session technical assistance to all users via teleconferencing platforms.
- Provides technical assistance and maintenance support to all parties involved in the ECHO series.
- Provides administrative, informational support, and guidance to participants of distance education/peer learning programs.
- Performs general problem-solving and takes the initiative to suggest ways in which to maximize the user experience with the technology.
- Maintains knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
- Ensures accurate data is recorded and tracked.
Work Location:
Remote - this role is eligible to work remotely, but the employee must be in the United States.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
- Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
- One (1) or more years of experience coordinating projects with timelines in a healthcare or public health setting.*
- One (1) or more years of experience working directly with healthcare providers or public health officials.*
*Experience may be obtained simultaneously.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree (completed or in progress) in education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field.
- Experience hosting virtual meetings using videoconferencing technology.
- Two (2) or more years of experience coordinating projects with timelines in a healthcare or public health setting.
- Two (2) or more years of experience working directly with health care providers or public health officials.
- Experience using, Wrike or other project management software.
- Experience with Google Docs and OneDrive.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $52,773 to $67,127.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
