Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs in the Graduate School of Social Services (GSS), the Program Associate for Systems and Reporting provides technical support in developing, managing, and assessing GSS administrative data systems, data reporting, and assessment for data/requirements maintenance. This includes data systems that support the Field Education Department. This position may require periodic weekend and evening work.
Essential Functions
- Assists in assessing, developing, and implementing improvements in GSS IT, software, and data systems.
- Ensures input, integrity, and maintenance of data using specialized software systems.
- Assists in developing and implementing Field Education data systems and processes (e.g., Tevera), including creating basic computer software formulas to improve user experience.
- Works collaboratively with GSS and University departments, administrators, and staff.
- Provides training and technical support to GSS stakeholders (staff, faculty, students).
- Organizes and maintains current and archival data/documentation.
- Assists in developing and distributing accurate and timely data reports and analyses.
- Responds to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Required Qualifications: Education and Experience
- Bachelor €™s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of information systems experience within higher education.

- Ethical, sound judgment, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in higher education
Minimum Starting Salary: $70,000
Maximum Starting Salary: $83,000
Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
