Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct impartial investigations into complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and compliance concerns.
- Prepare detailed reports, analyze case trends, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements.
- Facilitate accommodations processes and support institutional efforts in compliance and non-discrimination matters.
- Develop and participate in training initiatives to promote awareness and prevent workplace and educational discrimination.
Additional Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Eight years of directly related full-time experience, OR
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Public Administration, Student Affairs, Higher Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Legal Studies, Human Resources, or a related field, plus four years of full-time experience in investigations, compliance, or a related role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree or JD from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Higher Education, Psychology, Legal Studies, etc.).
- At least 3 years of experience as an EEO Investigator, Title IX Investigator, Compliance Counsel, or similar role.
- Experience conducting discrimination and sexual harassment investigations, including sexual assault investigations, in a higher education setting.
