Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director, Enrollment Operations & Quality Control, the Operations Senior Representative provides essential technical and clerical support for the Enrollment Group, which consists of undergraduate admission, student financial services, and academic records. Overtime is required as needed and may include weekends and holidays. Operations employees are expected to assist other staff members within the Fordham University Enrollment Group, including possible travel to the Lincoln Center and Westchester campuses. A rotation of hours may be required.
Essential Functions
- Performs and assists in essential technical tasks related to the processing of documents for admission, financing, and enrolling undergraduate students.
- Assists the Associate Director with technical and computer tasks, troubleshooting, and testing of system upgrades.
- Assists with and manages Slate and Banner reports, merges, and updates.
- Ensures the quality control of Slate Admission data flowing to Banner.
- Handles mail, scanning, indexing, emails, and data entry processes for all documents within the Enrollment Group.
- Trains, delegates, supervises, and distributes work to student aides and part-time staff.
- Assists with related tasks for Financial Aid, Undergraduate Admission, and other Enrollment Group areas as needed.

Additional Functions
- Answers and responds to phone and email inquiries.
- Responsible for deliveries to and from storage areas.
- Orders office supplies, keeps records of inventory, and payment of bills.
- Works with peers in a team environment to ensure workflow and tasks are completed on time and according to established procedures.
- Trains new full-time employees.
- As technological improvements are made, duties and qualifications may be modified.
- Operations employees are expected to assist other areas within Fordham University Enrollment Group, as needed.
Required Qualifications: Education and Experience
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clerical experience, including proficiency in computer-based tasks such as data entry, document management, and digital record-keeping.
Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and/or equivalent applications.
- Must be customer service-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and accurately process large volumes of paperwork to meet deadlines.
- Must have strong aptitude with numbers.
- Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks.
- Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Banner, Slate Technolutions, PowerFaids, OnBase, Fordham CRM, Degree Works preferred.
- Familiarity with Financial Aid and Federal Regulations is a plus.
- 3 years experience in the Enrollment Group preferred.
- Knowledge of the Admission process is a plus.
Minimum Biweekly Salary for Level 6 Internal Applicants who meet criteria: $2,324.88
