The Area of Finance in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University invites applications for one or more full-time, 9-month Lecturer (all ranks) in Finance. Positions to begin Fall 2025.

Major/Essential Functions
At Texas Tech University, the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer title designates a full-time, non-tenure-acquiring role with primary duties in teaching organized classes and/or instructional labs. In line with TTU's strategic priorities to engage and empower a diverse student body, applicants should have experience working with diverse student populations at the undergraduate level.

As a faculty member in the Area of Finance, you will be expected to:

Teach finance or commercial real estate courses at the undergraduate level
Support student engagement activities within the Area of Finance
Support industry engagement activities within the Area of Finance

Required Qualifications

Masters in Finance (or closely related field) obtained by first day of employment or substantial industry experience in finance or commercial real estate;
Industry engagement sufficient to meet and maintain AACSB qualification standards.
Dedication to excellence in teaching.

Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the required qualifications, individuals with the following preferred qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply:

Significant industry experience in finance or commercial real estate.
Strong commitment to student engagement and mentorship.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for cultivating and sustaining industry relationships.
Established track record of excellence in teaching.
